Job Summary Hire Resolve is proud to partner with a leading agricultural and retail business in the search for a highly skilled Executive Manager - Remuneration & Benefits, based in Malmesbury. This is a strategic leadership role, responsible for managing the full scope of compensation, benefits, and fund administration across a large, multi-branch organisation. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in remuneration strategy, compliance, and payroll systems to drive fair, competitive, and compliant reward practices in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.ResponsibilitiesOversee all compensation, benefits, and fund administration programs across the organisation.Develop, implement, and monitor remuneration policies, systems, and procedures.Advise senior management on compensation strategies and policy recommendations.Ensure full compliance with tax, social, and regulatory requirements, including statutory returns.Prepare and manage the HR budget, including remuneration planning and cost forecasting.Support and manage processes related to collective bargaining agreements.Collaborate with payroll, finance, and HR teams to ensure efficient and compliant operations.
RequirementsNational Diploma in a remuneration/compensation-related field.At least 8 years of extensive experience in remuneration & benefits, specifically within the retail and/or agricultural retail industry.Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within a Remuneration Department.Advanced knowledge and experience in employment law, compensation strategies, and relevant tax legislation.Strong expertise in pension fund administration.Proficient in MS Office and payroll operating systems; experience with SAGE 300 is advantageous.
