Working alongside an existing Head Chef
Exciting opportunity to take charge of a growing, multi-faceted hospitality venue on the Atlantic Seaboard
Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Senior Head Chef within a high-volume, multi-outlet operation.
Strong LEADERSHIP and team management skills - managing a team of 16 rotational chefs.
Expertise in menu development, menu costings, stock control, and food cost management.
Proficient in kitchen and IT systems, including modern point-of-sale and stock management software.
Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Ability to maintain high standards of consistency, hygiene, and efficiency across all outlets.
