A U.S.-based company is seeking a top-tier Executive Assistant in South Africa to support C-level executives and drive operational efficiency from behind the scenes. In this role, you'll be the right hand of executive leadership -- managing calendars, communications, travel, events, and high-level projects.
This is not your average admin role -- it's an opportunity to own the executive support function and become a critical part of a global team.
What You'll Do:
Manage executive calendars and inboxes with precision
Coordinate complex travel arrangements and itineraries
Plan virtual and in-person events
Act as a liaison across teams and external stakeholders
Support internal communication and reporting
Oversee key administrative processes and SOPs
Track deadlines, follow-ups, and project progress
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
? 5+ years of experience in Executive Assistant or Administrative roles
? Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
? Excellent written and verbal English communication
? Strong time management and multitasking abilities
? Tech-savvy and comfortable with project management tools
? Typing speed of at least 60 WPM
? Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
? Self-starter attitude -- able to work independently and adapt quickly
