Requirements:
At least 6-8 years of experiential production experience Experience owning, leading, and managing large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and multidisciplinary teams Excellent project management, organizational, delegation, and prioritization skills Strong account and client management skills, with prior experience leading and managing client communications Strategic project-related decision-making abilities Proactive, solution-oriented, self-starter Ability to work collaboratively with creatives and other departments Bachelor's degree or equivalent; A minimum of 5 years Event Operations, Production, service industry experience preferred; Computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite & Chase for costing or Trello Confidence to speak with clients and vendors with ease and authority; Ability to multi-task and problem solve; Ability to handle situations with grace and diplomacy; able to anticipate problems and present solutions quickly; * Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail
