ECSA registered Site Agent urgently required for a Bulk Water project in Kirkwood area of the Eastern Cape

Essential requirement:

Summary of expected duties to be performed on site are:

Overseeing operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensuring that work is done according to project requirements and to success.
Project Management, planning, feasibility studies, designs calculations, preparation of technical reports, tender documents, contract documentation, site supervision, contract administration, progress meetings.
MIG MIS registration & reporting, EPWP reporting, quarterly & monthly reporting, financial reporting & monitoring of projects allocations and responsible for safety requirements.

Project scope of works:

Scope of works: Earthworks, steel reservoirs tanks, minor concrete works.
SMMExe2x80x99s will form part of project xe2x80x93 there is a SMME manager on site for this purpose
Further duties will comprise of typical site agent role on site.
This is for a R 25 million project

Our Client is an established, large Civil Contractor who have recently been awarded a Bulk Water Supply project in the Eastern Cape
