As the CISD (Construction Industries Services Division)
ecommerce Sales Support Consultant
, you are accountable for eCommerce Sales growth in the AME + CIS region, building effective Go-To-Market strategies for the field team to implement with the dealers. You are working in close collaboration with a variety of internal as well as dealer partners to deliver these targets and plans.

Your responsibilities as part of our team:
Achieve
eCommerce growth targets
: Activation of Customers Online, Online Sales, Customer Retention online
In collaboration with the global team, localize and communicate the
digital USPs to address customer interests
Ensure dealers and internal teams understand the
value of the Cat Digital ecosystem
through appropriate engagement with different levels of the organization
Develop
eCommerce campaigns
together with the Product, Marketing Communications and Pricing teams (awareness, promotions, retention plans)
Support the field team in deploying
eCommerce growth plans
by dealer to achieve eCommerce targets
Develop the
EAME customer appreciation and online retention program
through effective project management across the enterprise
Key Skills For Your Successful Assignment:

: Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment.

Your profile - what you should bring:
University degree
in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in utilizing ecommerce analytics tools for informed decision making is a plus.
Successful track record of
leading eCommerce growth and Digital deployment initiatives
, especially in B2B industries.
Strong ability to adapt quickly to high velocity and change. Demonstrated
growth mindset
to embrace challenges, continuously learn and improve
Business Innovation
- passion for improving existing processes, developing new offerings, or finding novel solutions to customer challenges. Ultimately, boost the bottom line by increasing revenue, reducing costs, or enhancing efficiency
Experience and passion in
project and change management
Experience working with dealers
is a plus as this role requires dealer influencing and support in execution
Proficiency in English and at least one other language
(Arabic, Chinese, French,..)
Additional Information:
This is an onsite role, 5 days a week
Business travel time - up to 50%
