Document Controller - Marine Projects (12-Month Contract)
Location: Simonstown Dockyard
Contract Duration: 1 Year (Mobilization: September 2025)
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain Secret-level Security Clearance required
We are seeking a detail-oriented Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation in a secure, regulated marine environment. The successful candidate will ensure all documents are accurately controlled, updated, and distributed according to project and compliance requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in document control, preferably within engineering, marine, or defence sectors
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient with document management software and Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work within security protocols
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to obtain Secret-level Security Clearance
