Our client in the FMCG / Retail Supply Chain space, based in, Hillcrest, Durban is currently looking to employ an dynamic, proactive, customer and sales driven, strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and a high degree of business acumen to fulfil the position of Divisional Manager.

Main Purpose of the Position:

Responsibilities:

• Overall management of the team including, implementing, reviewing, monitoring, and ensuring achievement of sales targets.
• Implementing, reviewing and maintaining performance standards and business processes and procedures to improve efficiencies and workflow.
• Assisting with people management, including development and performance management of customer service staff.
• Managing internal and external business partner relationships.
• Management reporting on various metrics, including data analysis against budgets and operational measurements.
• Maintaining and enhancing customer service excellence standards.
• To ensure compliance to Company and legislative regulations.

Requirements:

• A natural aptitude for systems and business processes and the management thereof
• A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle high pressure, stress, and multi-tasking.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent customer services skills, with high attention to detail
• High business acumen, with influencing ability at all levels
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Proven experience in managing teams and processes xe2x80x93 minimum 5 years.
• Proven leadership experience
• Have your own reliable transport and be able to travel (max 1 xe2x80x93 2 overnights per six weeks)
