The successful candidate will engage with prospective clients through digital and telephonic platforms, providing personalized financial advice and strategies that align with their unique financial wellness needs.Key Responsibilities:Client Engagement & Financial Planning:

• Engage with prospective clients via digital and telephonic channels to understand their financial wellness needs.
• Conduct detailed financial needs analysis to create customized financial plans that help clients achieve their financial goals.
• Present and advise on a range of financial products, including insurance and investment plans, based on individual client needs.
• Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships with clients to adapt financial plans to their evolving needs over time.

Sales & Performance Management:

• Meet and exceed sales targets related to production, quality, and conversion.
• Participate in campaigns aimed at up-selling services to the existing client base.
• Accurately capture client information and sales actions on the relevant systems.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting and administrative tasks in line with internal guidelines.

Compliance & Regulatory Adherence:

• Ensure that all financial advice and sales activities are compliant with legislative requirements and organizational policies.
• Adhere to service level agreements with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure client expectations are met.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with industry regulations.

Customer Service & Relationship Management:

• Provide expert advice and support to clients, ensuring a high level of service and satisfaction.
• Investigate and resolve client queries within agreed service levels, escalating when necessary.
• Continuously build and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative and productive environment.

Continuous Development & Innovation:

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, legislation, and best practices to continually enhance professional expertise.
• Contribute to innovative solutions by sharing new ideas to improve client service and operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of career development and actively seek opportunities for personal and professional growth.

Requirements:Educational Qualifications:

• Matric (required)
• Degree in Financial Planning, Business, Finance, or Economics (required)
• FAIS and advice accreditation (preferably RE5 and COB3)

Experience:

• 1-3 years of sales experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• A proven ability to provide financial advice and manage client relationships effectively.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different client needs and behaviors.
• Professionalism and adherence to industry standards and ethics.

Additional Skills:

• Aspiring to become a Certified Financial Planner (CFP) is an advantage.
• Knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and risk management principles.
