Are you a strong, practical leader with experience in managing despatch operations and leading a team with confidence and respect? We're looking for a

Despatch Manager

who can take full ownership of the department, drive results, and create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all despatch operations, ensuring accurate and timely deliveries Lead, motivate, and guide the despatch team with fairness and authority Handle daily planning, loading, route allocation, and vehicle coordination Resolve crises and challenges calmly and effectively Ensure proper documentation, labeling, and tracking of goods Work closely with internal teams to avoid delays, duplicates, and missed deliveries Maintain a high level of organisation, safety, and cleanliness in the despatch area Monitor performance, manage time and resources, and provide regular feedback

Key Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of leadership experience

in a despatch, logistics, or warehouse environment Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Proven record of building strong teams and improving despatch flow Practical problem-solving and crisis-handling ability Driver's license and own reliable transport an advantage
