Responsibilities
Provide first-level technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
Install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux) and business applications.
Respond to support tickets and service requests via phone, email, or in person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
Perform system upgrades, patches, and preventive maintenance.
Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and profiles in Active Directory.
Support Office 365 suite, including Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Maintain documentation for support processes, asset inventory, and user guides.
Collaborate with IT teams for escalation and resolution of complex issues.
Ensure adherence to company security policies and procedures.
