This is a contract role for an Information Technology Service Desk professional. The role is based on-site in the Johannesburg Metropolitan Area. The day-to-day tasks include providing technical support, troubleshooting IT issues, and managing IT services. The Information Technology Service Desk professional will also be responsible for delivering excellent customer service and ensuring operational efficiency.
