Debtors Clerk / Administrator

Job Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrator and Debtors Clerk located in Johannesburg. The Administrator and Debtors Clerk will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date debtor accounts, processing payments, managing invoices, and performing general administrative tasks. The role also involves interacting with clients to resolve any billing issues and ensuring efficient collection of outstanding accounts.

Qualifications



Experience in Debtors Management and Accounts Receivable processes Proficiency in Accounting Software and Financial Reporting Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Knowledge of office administration procedures Experience in Debt Collection and interacting with customers is a must. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Computer Literacy is important

Pay: From R6500,00 per month
