Job Description

As a Debt Collections Team Leader, you will be responsible for your team and processes to collect overdue payments and do reporting . Your primary goal will be to enhance recovery of outstanding debts while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities

:

1. Work Top100 accounts

2. Create Campaigns for your teams

3. Be able to do pay overs

4. Be able to maintain CAS query request/resolved matters

5. Handle Email queries

6. Maintain 100% on Call recordings audits

7. Do administration work as per the request from managements nor client

8. Trace Constantly monitor staff levels and liaise with management regarding any adjustments required

9. Ensuring achievement and development of targets on a half hourly, daily.

10. Ensuring the agents adhere to all key performance areas

11. Assist agents with difficult customer queries

12. Monitoring of the floor

13. Acquiring reports/submitting info or refereeing agents about late coming, production and absenteeism to the HR personal

14. Floor walk and floor monitoring

15. Assisting with Checking of Proper Arrangements were done by Agents

16. Buddy up Coaching randomly with new and old agents any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

:

Swordfish system experience ( non -negotiable) Able to work shifts ending @7pm Minimum of 3 year of experience in Team Leader position. Matric qualification (minimum requirement). Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with debt collection software (preferred). Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations governing debt collection practices in South Africa. Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality. Results-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to achieving goals.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R9500,00 per month
