Support senior consultants in closing high-value deals and resolving complex client queries.
Maintain strong alignment and communication within the team through each stage of the sales process.
Collaborate with the Quality Assurance (Q.A.) department to ensure full compliance with sales standards and regulatory requirements.
Implement performance management strategies to develop underperforming agents and improve overall team productivity.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in the debt review industry.
5+ years of proven experience as a Debt Review Team Leader.
Demonstrated track record of meeting sales targets and developing high-performing teams.
