We are seeking a motivated and experienced Debt Review Team Leader to oversee our debt review sales team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of the debt review process, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive performance while maintaining compliance and excellent customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of debt review agents to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Monitor performance and provide regular feedback, coaching, and training to improve results.
Ensure that all cases are handled in compliance with NCR (National Credit Regulator) and company standards.
Handle escalated client queries and resolve complex cases efficiently.
Track and report on team performance, sales, and productivity to management.
Assist with onboarding and continuous development of new team members.
Identify process improvements to enhance productivity and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in debt review or debt counselling, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong knowledge of the National Credit Act and debt review regulations.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Target-driven with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
Computer literate (MS Office, CRM systems).
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
