Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Technical Lead to join our Directory Services and Messaging team at the L1 level. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing first-line technical support for our client's directory services (Active Directory) and messaging (Exchange) environments. This is an entry-level position ideal for an individual looking to start a career in IT support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for user account management in Active Directory (e.g., password resets, creating new accounts).
Assist users with basic issues related to their email accounts in Exchange.
Escalate more complex issues to the L2 and L3 support teams.
Follow standard operating procedures for all support tasks.
Create and maintain accurate documentation of all support activities.
Qualifications and Experience
A certificate or diploma in Information Technology or a related field.
A basic understanding of IT concepts and a strong desire to learn.
Good communication and customer service skills.
