Job Description

Duties: Helps customers and dealers navigate through on-line parts systems to find part numbers, prices, availability, and miscellaneous information such as Collector Center, attachments, manuals, dealers, serial number, used equipment, Material Safety Data Sheets, etc. Determine the difference between web site defects and operator errors when working with customers and dealers. Report system defects and help to test when the fix is developed. Reset system IDs and Passwords for customers. Participates on project teams as needed. Responding to technical service inquiries from customers Analyzing customer issues and providing logical solutions Testing and trouble-shooting returned items Providing input on technical service tools that could be beneficial to customers or employees. Other duties as assigned.
Education: Degree in an Education discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent) Degree in a Business/Management discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent) Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent) Degree in an Agricultural Sciences discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent) Degree in a Marketing discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent) Required: Understanding of dealer and Company parts systems and procedures.Knowledge of dealers and other channels.Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office plus intranet and internet functions.Knowledge of customer service procedures and systems.Knowledge of products and services offered by the appropriate area of responsibility. Desired: Mechanical Engineer with about 2 years experience. Experience in training and development area involved in activities such as instruction, needs assessments, curriculum development, and other such related training and development work. (1 - 3 years) Software development processes experience. (1 - 3 years) Experience in a position working with Dealers. (1 - 3 years) Catalog authoring experience, preferably within company (1 - 3 years)
