Customer Technical Support - JhbOverview:Tech Support at Bio-Rad is a fun, dynamic and action filled position. The environment is very creative for troubleshooting and resolving customer problems. The primary responsibility of the Customer Technical Support is to provide timely, advanced, scientific support for medical technologistsl. This position is mainly aimed at Bio-Rad's Clinical Diagnostics and Immunoheamatology , containing instruments, hardware, applications, reagents, consumables, general software as well as product specific software. Common methodologies are chromatography, immuheamatology and other clinical related methods. It is an office-based position with normal working hours, the computer and telephone are the main tools. It is based in Gauteng and will cover South Africa.
