What You'll Do:

As a Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for assisting customers through various communication channels, resolving queries efficiently, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll receive full training and support as you grow within a dynamic, performance-driven environment.

What You'll Need:

- Matric (Grade 12) - essential

- Must be available to work night shifts

- Based in Johannesburg

- Aged between 18 and 28 (YES Program requirement)

- Clear criminal record
