We're Hiring: Customer Service Representative Call Centre

What Youll Be Doing
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer queries with professionalism and care
Making outbound calls
Providing accurate information about our products and services
Troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns efficiently
Logging interactions and following up on customer issues when necessary
Representing our brands with a customer-first attitude
What Were Looking For
Great communication and listening skills
A calm and empathetic approach to problem-solving
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and a willingness to grow
Previous customer service or call centre experience is a bonus but not required!
