Job SummaryRemote Customer Service Rep (UK Market) - Cat Lovers Only!Salary: R12,600 per month
Bonus: Up to R2,000 monthly performance bonus
Location: Work From Home (Cape Town and Gauteng)
Requirements: You must own a cat | Reliable fibre internet (min 25/25mb) and UPS for load shedding coverage | Quiet Home OfficeWe're on the hunt for three passionate, cat-loving customer service stars to join our remote team. If you're someone who knows their kibble from their kibble+, and you're ready to support fellow cat parents across the UK, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:
- Help UK-based cat owners via phone, email, live chat, and social media
- Offer tailored advice-from food plans to delivery queries
- Ensure every cat and owner gets top-tier care and support
- Share customer feedback to help us keep improving
- Must be a cat parent (non-negotiable!)
- Empathy and top-notch communication skills
- Quick thinking and tech-savviness
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
- Grade 12 or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience (e-commerce, retail, pet care, etc.)
- Reliable fibre internet (min 25/25mb) and UPS for load shedding coverage
- Reliable working laptop or PC
