LSR Electrical Solutions is a UK-based company expanding into both B2B and B2C services. We're building a strong

frontline customer service team in Durban

to support our growth.

This is a

remote, work-from-home role until January 2026

. From then, you'll join us in our brand-new Durban office.

The Role

As a

Customer Service Representative

, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, handling all inbound queries with professionalism and care.

Your responsibilities will include:

Handling inbound calls from UK customers. Providing accurate information about our services. Resolving queries quickly while ensuring a positive customer experience. Meeting service and performance targets. Adhering to call handling, QA, and productivity standards. Following company policies, security checks, and data protection guidelines. Contributing to team KPIs. Identifying upsell opportunities where appropriate (earning commission).
This role requires

rotating 24/7 shifts

Requirements (Must-Have)

Durban-based only. 6-12 months inbound customer service experience. Fluent English (spoken & written). Ability to work

. Computer literacy & ability to navigate multiple systems quickly. Exceptional problem-solving and multitasking skills. Must be available full-time.

Tech Setup Needed:

Laptop/PC (Windows 10/11, 64-bit, 8GB RAM+). Fibre internet (30mbps up/down). USB headset. Smartphone with WhatsApp. Backup power (UPS/generator lasting 4-8 hours). Quiet, professional workspace.
