PURPOSE OF THE JOB The position is training position wherein the learners will participate in an internship programme focusing on the skills required to become customer services administrators within Corruseal. Interns will be trained on the job and also attend theoretical and practical training sessions. To ensure competence within the customer service function. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND TRAINING OUTCOMES Interns will be required to participate in a training programme that will give the learner knowledge, skills and attributes required as Corruseal Customer Services Administrator. Interns are required to attend theory and practical training sessions and submit necessary assignments and /or Portfolio of Evidence (PoE) as part of the competence process. Interns will receive on-the-job, practical training aligned to the following key performance areas: o Processing orders o Monitoring levels of stock on the floor o Assisting Sales Reps and assisting customers with sales queries o Understanding and assisting with implementation of the Customer Services Strategy o Understanding the manufacturing process at the site o Administration of document flow and ensuring efficient tracking of all paperwork (hard and soft copies) o Filing and archiving of documents o Preparation of related weekly and monthly reports KEY COMPETENCIES / SKILLS Computer literate (MS Office) Must be able to work as part of a team Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to multitask, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines is essential Able to trouble-shoot and solve problems REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE Matric with Maths and English is essential. A tertiary qualification in Marketing / Business Management / Ops Management / Supply Chain / Accounting / IT Understanding manufacturing processes is an advantage. Sales and Marketing experience is an advantage Available to unemployed candidates only. Job Type: Learnership Ability to commute/relocate:
