Position Summary

We are looking for an energetic, people-oriented individual who enjoys building connections and supporting clients. As a Customer Relationship Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for new leads and a trusted partner for existing clients. This role combines client care and sales communication: welcoming new inquiries, following up with leads, and ensuring clients feel supported at every stage.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and messages answering questions and guiding them through next steps. Build and maintain strong client relationships by checking in regularly, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction. Collaborate with internal teams to make sure client needs are met smoothly and on time. Keep organized records of conversations, follow-ups, and client interactions. Proactively identify opportunities to add value or strengthen client partnerships.

What Were Looking For

A natural people-person who enjoys connecting with others. Clear, confident, and friendly communication (verbal and written). Experience in any client-facing role (customer service, call center, hospitality, sales, account management, etc.) is helpful, but not essential if you have the right personality and drive. Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple conversations at once. Calm, professional, and solution-oriented when challenges arise.
