Customer Service Representatives
to join our onsite team in
Woodstock or Maitland, Cape Town

Key Responsibilities
Manage
inbound and outbound customer calls
with professionalism.
Provide accurate information and deliver excellent customer service.
Resolve customer inquiries and issues effectively.
Maintain clear and detailed records of customer interactions.
Meet performance targets and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
Minimum Requirements
Matric certificate
(Grade 12).
At least
6 months of BPO/Call Centre experience
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work onsite in
Woodstock or Maitland, Cape Town
.
Problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
What We Offer
