Assist clients with inquiries regarding travel options, bookings, and itineraries
Provide accurate and timely information via phone, email, or chat
Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests with professionalism
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service delivery
Document and track client interactions to maintain service quality
Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Comfortable working with online systems and booking platforms

Prior customer service, call center, or hospitality experience is a plus
