POSITION SUMMARY:
This role is not about making cold calls -- it's about owning and building outbound systems, and lead generation automations so our sales motion is scalable, trackable, and efficient. You'll work closely with our senior leadership and will be responsible for building complex outbound and other workflows in N8N.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Configure and own outbound process -- from research to messaging with the goal of having prospects book meetings.
Build and manage a healthy, qualified pipeline of prospects in various shifting industries as needed. You manage these workflow automations in N8N.
Own and optimize our Hubspot CRM to ensure no deal or prospect is without a followup. Build workflows, reports, sequences, and playbooks, always ensuring best practices are in place.
Expert at using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and other data sources to identify new prospects and validate contact details and enrich data with various services.
Write and test industry specific email campaigns and sequences with social touchpoints that actually get responses. This means learning the industry and understanding their pain points, as well as how to communicate our solution as an ROI.
Continuously iterate on funnel conversion, lead scoring, and workflow automation to improve efficiency.
Set up meetings and hand off well-qualified leads to senior leadership for closing. This will be the primary metric of success we look at.
Track your activity, learn from results, and consistently hit your weekly outreach and meeting goals. We will expect efficiency and high volume output.
QUALIFICATIONS:
B2B sales experience is preferred, with proven success consistently achieving or exceeding targets. Experience working with the US market in the past is important.
Programming experience mixed with systems admin is a big plus.
You ideally have experience selling subscription-based (SaaS) solutions to businesses and not D2C. Selling to customers in the hospitality and property management industry is a bonus.
Minimum of 4 years CRM automation experience (Hubspot preferred) or similar CRM. You are an expert at using these systems to the fullest extent.
Strong technical comfort with automation workflows and technical systems. You have used N8N before and are proficient in JSON.
Proven ability to book meetings from cold outreach campaigns. You know how to leverage automation and AI and constantly monitor for improvements and ensure system stack is running optimally.
Highly independent, self-motivated and creative. You ask questions and suggest new ideas, you don't make assumptions and hope for the best.
English is your first language. All communications will be with US based customers and leads.
