Your profile
Funnel Strategy & Optimisation
+ Develop, implement, and optimise user acquisition funnels for lead generation, subscription models, and digital sales processes.
+ Manage the full funnel process, including traffic generation, landing page creation, lead nurturing, and conversion rate optimization.
+ Utilise A/B testing to continuously improve funnel performance. Marketing Automation & CRM
+ Set up and optimise email marketing campaigns and automation workflows for lead nurturing and customer retention.
+ Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
+ Use data-driven audience segmentation & retargeting to enhance performance. AI & Technology Implementation
+ Integrate AI-powered content generation tools into marketing workflows.
+ Leverage AI-driven analytics to optimize campaigns and customer journeys. Data Analysis & Tracking
+ Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and other analytics tools.
+ Data-driven decision-making with conversion tracking and performance monitoring. Optional: Performance Marketing & Advertising
+ Experience with paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Retargeting, Native Ads).
+ Manage advertising budgets and optimize ROI-driven campaigns.
+ Develop targeted customer journeys to maximize conversions
In addition:You speak German on B2/C1 level - ideally on mother tongue level and you are ideally based in Cape Town or you are in the process of re-locating to Cape Town.
You must be a South African citizen, a permanent resident, or hold a valid work visa.
