We're on the hunt for a

high performance Tech & Automation Specialist

to build, optimize, and scale our internal systems and automations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Build & Optimize Automations

Design clean, reliable automation workflows using Make, GoHighLevel, and other tools.

System Scalability

Build automations that are scalable, documented, and future-proof (no spaghetti workflows allowed).

Collaborate With Ops

Work closely with operations and success teams to identify bottlenecks and turn them into smooth, automated workflows.

API Integrations

Connect and sync data between systems - Slack, CRMs, calendars, email platforms, Google Sheets, you name it.

Debugging & Fixes

Diagnose, resolve, and document technical issues fast. Bonus points if you treat bugs like personal insults.

REQUIREMENTS: You should be..

Experienced

1+ years working with tools like Make.com, GHL, Airtable, Asana, etc.

Fast

You can build and launch quickly without cutting corners.

API & Webhook Fluent

Strong understanding of JSON, API calls, and reading docs that would make most people cry.

A Logical Thinker

You can reverse engineer broken processes and improve them 10x without handholding.

A Clear Communicator

You can explain technical stuff in plain English to non-techies.

Organized

You name your scenarios. You comment on your logic. You label everything. You make our future selves thank you*.

BONUS SKILLS

Experience with AI automations Python & Java knowledge Building dashboards, tracking systems, or reporting tools Familiarity with appointment-based businesses (consultations, sales calls, etc.)
