We are looking for an experienced, results-driven Senior Data & Sales Intelligence Specialist to lead our B2B lead research, data build, and outbound engagement processes. This remote role is open to applicants who can demonstrate deep knowledge of data-driven lead generation, automation, and global sales support.
About the Role
This senior position will own the integrity and delivery of elite lead lists for our UK and international sales teams. You will proactively identify, qualify, and enrich decision-maker data, help design efficient data pipelines, manage outreach automation tools, and deliver actionable reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver robust B2B prospect data across varying sectors.
Own and optimise our lead generation workflows, databases, and CRM hygiene.
Conduct advanced LinkedIn prospecting and actively reach out with personalised messaging.
Identify, verify, and append accurate contact details (email, phone) using advanced sourcing tools.
Configure and launch email automation campaigns; draft and schedule multi-step outreach sequences.
Provide data quality assurance, analytics, and regular reporting to sales management.
Mentor junior team members on best practices in data handling and prospecting.
Skills & Experience
At least 2-5 years' experience in data-driven lead generation or sales/revenue operations.
Demonstrated success building and cleansing B2B lead lists at scale.
Expert in Microsoft Excel, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and major CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Proficient with prospecting and automation tools (Hunter, Apollo, Outreach, Lemlist, etc.).
Highly organised, fast, and precise with data formatting and validation.
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
Proven ability to manage, automate, and track outbound campaigns independently.
Strong analytical mindset with advanced reporting skills.
