Key Responsibilities:



Email & WhatsApp Marketing



Own and execute campaigns end-to-end: brief, template creation, copy, QA, scheduling. Manage the email and WhatsApp marketing calendar in line with business objectives. Execute strategic lifecycle programs (prospecting, nurturing, loyalty, win-back). Leverage behavioural data and web activity to drive hyper-personalised messaging. Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, and send times to optimise performance. Ensure responsive design and rendering across platforms/devices. Balance campaign frequency to reduce unsubscribes.

Segmentation & Performance Marketing



Build smart audience segments based on behaviour, intent, and engagement. Analyse results and optimise for KPIs: open rate, CTR, conversions, revenue. Report regularly on campaign performance, revenue attribution, and insights. Identify and test new revenue-generating channels (e.g. subscription model, skin quiz, bundles). Manage product reviews strategy to drive UGC, trust, and conversion.

Data, Tools & Growth Strategy



Use Klaviyo for flows, campaigns, and advanced segmentation. Identify automation opportunities that scale engagement and retention. Work with Shopify to drive customer insights and upsell strategies. Collaborate with eCommerce and paid media to align CRM with conversion goals. Stay ahead of retention marketing trends (zero-party data, SMS, loyalty).

Ideal Profile:



Data-driven with strong analytical and technical acumen. Experience in

eCommerce

, especially DTC beauty or lifestyle brands. Able to work independently and proactively identify new growth opportunities. Strong copywriting and storytelling skills aligned with brand tone.

Essential Requirements:



2-3 years of hands-on experience

in email and/or CRM marketing, preferably in eCommerce, beauty, or DTC sectors.

Proficient in Klaviyo

(flows, segmentation, A/B testing, reporting); experience with similar ESPs is also considered.

Strong grasp of customer lifecycle marketing

(welcome, nurture, win-back, post-purchase) and performance-driven content.

Experience building and executing WhatsApp or SMS campaigns

using Klaviyo, Meta tools, or other platforms.

Comfortable creating smart audience segments

using behavioural, demographic, and transactional data.

Confident using Shopify

for customer insights, campaign tracking, and product integration.

Analytical mindset

with a proven ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and optimise campaigns for revenue growth.

Familiar with subscription models, loyalty strategies, and product review platforms

Project management strength

-- able to manage calendars, QA processes, deadlines, and cross-functional collaboration.

Excellent copywriting and communication skills

with strong attention to tone, detail, and brand consistency.

Basic design skills

for email and CRM asset creation (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Figma, or editing templates within Klaviyo). Must be able to tweak or build clean, conversion-driven visuals that align with brand look and feel.
