Job Summary

They are currently seeking a Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join their growing team in Gauteng and elevate their online presence through creative campaigns, strategic content, and data-driven marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with the company's goals and brand identity.
Create engaging and compelling content for various digital platforms, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and emerging channels.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, PPC, email marketing, and content marketing.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns and increase ROI.
Stay up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices in the IT industry.
Collaborate with internal teams (Design, Sales, Development) to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
Manage and grow online communities, respond to customer inquiries, and drive engagement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
2-4 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing, preferably within the IT or tech industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of SEO and PPC best practices.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
