Job Description

We're looking for an experienced and results-driven Digital Marketer and Content Marketing Specialist to join our team. You'll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that build brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate qualified leads or conversions.


You should have a deep understanding of digital tools and platforms, a strategic mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. If you're passionate about driving measurable results and crafting campaigns that cut through the noise, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities



Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, product, and sales, to align marketing initiatives with business goals. Maintain a content calendar to ensure timely and strategic publishing across platforms. Draft compelling, on-brand content for relevant social channels such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, podcast promotions, email newsletters, and other platforms. Identify and recommend content formats, channels, and tactics to drive audience engagement. Monitor and report on content performance using relevant analytics tools. Stay up to date on AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, video editing, scheduling, automation) and provide recommendations on how to use them to improve workflow and content quality. Keep a pulse on evolving social media trends and content marketing best practices.

What We're Looking For



5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience across key platforms and tools. Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics, reporting, and optimization. Proven experience driving tangible growth through performance marketing. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Creative thinker with an eye for detail and design. Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and priorities at once. Strong writing and storytelling skills across a variety of digital formats. Experience working with personal brands or thought leaders is a plus. Proficiency with content planning and scheduling tools (e.g., Notion, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.). Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics). Comfort using and experimenting with AI tools for content creation and productivity.

Bonus Skills



Audio or video editing experience (e.g., Descript, Adobe tools, CapCut, Canva). SEO and email marketing knowledge.

Other Requirements



High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50-100 Mbps). Own laptop/desktop with external monitor. Stable backup power supply. Quality headset with a built-in microphone. * Availability: Monday-Friday during U.S. time zones.
