Sales Development Representative (fully Remote For Us Based Client)

Job Description
We're looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives with a minimum of 3 years in a sales role, ideally within the global logistics or supply chain industry. If you're a proactive communicator who thrives on building relationships, generating leads, and uncovering new business opportunities we want to hear from you. This is a salaried position and not a commission-based role. We're looking for team members who are driven by performance, not pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and identify new sales opportunities.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and outbound outreach to potential clients.
- Qualify prospects and set up appointments or demos for senior sales teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to refine outreach strategies.
- 3+ years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- A background in logistics or supply chain sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills and a confident phone presence.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
- High-speed fiber internet (minimum 50-100 Mbps).
- Own laptop/desktop with external monitor.
- Stable backup power supply.
- Quality headset with a built-in microphone.
- Availability: Monday-Friday during U.S. time zones.
