Job Description
About the Role:
The CPG Manager will play a key role in ensuring subcontracting, enterprise development, and compliance targets are successfully achieved while supporting the growth of SMMEs and targeted enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and manage
Contract Participation Goals (CPGs)
in line with project specifications. Identify and developtargeted enterprises (SMMEs)
for project participation. Overseesubcontracting & joint ventures
, ensuring compliance with minimum participation percentages. Providedevelopmental support
to subcontractors and JV partners. Monitor, track, and report onCPG performance & progress
. Ensure compliance withCIDB, PPPFA, and BBBEE regulations
. Maintain accurate records and liaise with all key stakeholders.What We're Looking For:
10+ years
of experience in CPG / BBBEE / Preferential Procurement / Supplier Development. Strong background inconstruction or infrastructure projects
. Proven experience insubcontracting, enterprise development, and compliance reporting
. In-depth knowledge ofCIDB regulations & South African procurement frameworks
. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Job Type: Full-time
