RPO Recruitment's client, a well-established construction company in South Africa is currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Targeted Enterprise (TE) Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and compliance of Targeted Enterprise development and participation on a major roadworks project in Limpopo.
The TE Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing SMMEs, subcontractors, and suppliers from designated communities, ensuring that contract participation goals (CPGs) and developmental objectives are met.
Requirements:

• National Diploma/BTech degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or similar
• Minimum 5 years' experience in community or enterprise development within large infrastructure projects
• Deep understanding of CPG frameworks, CIDB grading systems, and public sector procurement
• Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills
• Administrative and report-writing proficiency
• Ability to manage conflict and build trust within diverse community structures
• Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project tracking systems.
• Valid South African driver's license
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites
• Passion for transformation and enterprise development
• Integrity and fairness in stakeholder engagement and procurement
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• High level of cultural sensitivity and local knowledge
• Strong planning, negotiation, and follow-through skills
