Duties & Responsibilities
Contract and Stakeholder Management
Act as the central point of contact between client representatives, TSS representatives, and service delivery down to the site level.
Ensure all stakeholders are aligned and contractual obligations are understood and met.
Manage service level agreements (SLAs), timelines, and scope, ensuring performance standards are upheld.
Delivery Oversight and Coordination
Oversee service delivery across the contract at multiple sites.
Coordinate activities to ensure end-to-end service delivery.
Monitor KPI delivery, flag risks, and implement mitigation actions in conjunction with the operational teams.
Commercial Performance and Profitability
Monitor the financial performance of the contract, focusing on cost control, efficiency, and return on investment.
Identify opportunities for improved operational outcomes and cost optimization.
Ensure timely billing, procurement coordination, and profitability tracking.
Reporting and Communication
+ Prepare and deliver clear, regular updates to internal and external stakeholders on progress, issues, and outcomes.
+ Maintain project documentation, timelines, and issue logs.
+ Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews with internal and client teams.

Minimum Requirements:
+ Proven experience managing the delivery of complex guarding contracts.
+ Strong stakeholder management and coordination skills.
+ Commercially astute with the ability to track and influence financial outcomes.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Advantageous:
+ Exposure to the management of national guarding contracts.
+ Experience in multi-site guarding environments.
+ Experience working across cross-functional operational teams.

Qualifications
Matric/Grade 12
PSIRA Grade A
Tertiary Qualification in Security Management is advantageous
Proven experience as a security manager
Experience using relevant technology and equipment (e.g. CCTV)
Experience in reporting and emergency response planning
* Valid Driver's license
