Key Responsibilities
Lead the
end-to-end implementation
and
optimisation
of our
CRM system (Zoho)
.
Manage the full
contract lifecycle
--
tracking
and
maintaining contracts
across departments.
Maintain and improve
standard contract templates
to align with
regulatory
and
legal requirements
.
Monitor critical
milestones
: contract
expirations
,
renewals
, and
compliance deadlines
.
Oversee
CRM workflows
,
automations
, and
reporting
to enhance visibility and
performance tracking
.
Train and support internal teams
on CRM
best practices
and
contract compliance
protocols.
Requirements

Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor's degree
in
Business
,
Law
,
Finance
, or a
related field
(required*).
3-5 years of experience
in
contract management
,
legal administration
, or
procurement
.
Prior experience implementing or maintaining a
CRM system
(
Zoho or similar CRM system
).
Familiarity with
contract law

risk management
, and
compliance frameworks
.

Guidelines for Hybrid/Home Office :
