International Business Head - South Africa (Fertilizer Industry)
We require an International Business Head to lead sales and operations in the South Africa region for a UAE-based fertilizer manufacturer (Granular & Water-Soluble NPK)
Key Responsibilities (Highlights):
Lead sales and business operations in line with local regulations.
Strong experience selling fertilizers to distributors and large farmers.
Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue and collection targets.
Acquire new customers and grow existing accounts; maintain strong client relationships.
Provide accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Ensure timely payment collections and coordinate with UAE accounts team.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and new product opportunities.
Maintain the company's multinational brand image and ensure professional service.
Report daily business activities to management.
Qualifications:
Background in Science/Agriculture.
5-10+ years' experience in agriculture/fertilizer industry.
Strong fertilizer product knowledge.
Excellent sales, marketing, communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
Familiar with South African market and local regulations.
