Responsible for assisting the Head of Sales with developing and implementing the AAIDN strategy
Grow the AAIDN network throughout the destinated region
Lead the AADS regional team in accordance with the Legitimate Leadership philosophy (principles of care and growth), as well as all other aspects of leadership and management applicable to leading a team in AAFS
Responsible for developing and ensuring that the business exceeds its annual business plan targets
Ensure that there is appropriate succession planning within the AADS team
Ensure compliance with all industry related regulations / laws and best practice corporate governance
Manage communication with key stakeholders
Give strategic advice and report results and findings to Head of Sales
Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of developments in line with the business objectives
Manage resources, including the attracting, hiring and retention of personnel
Participate in interviews and the processes of recruiting new employees
Ensure employees move in the same strategic direction to achieve the business goals - implement AAIDN successfully
Collaborate with and influence all stakeholders including the Head of Sales, Head of business, employees, clients, key-decision makers, and external service suppliers to achieve desired objectives
Research and implement new initiatives to drive revenue, lower operating costs while maintaining quality service that is competitive, all while delivering excellent customer support
Continuous monitoring of the annual budget and ensure that regional revenue/sales targets are met
Manage and report on the effective implementation of a marketing strategies to maintain market relevance and promote products and services to increase sales
Maintain the quality of products, services, customer support and level of service in line with service level agreements and other retention strategies
Understand and interpret the continually changing signals both inside and outside AADS to ensure that the business responds timeously and adequately to opportunities and threats

Be the custodian of ethics, integrity and accountability within AADS
Responsible for planning, objective setting, contribution charters and performance metrics for the Dealer Sales Consultants
Define and drive the implementation of sales initiatives for the Dealer Consultants' dealer business to maximise sales growth
Assist and guide the dealer Sales Consultants with their sales roll out and servicing the regional accounts
Build sustainable relationships within the dealer industry and identify and maximize growth opportunities within the AAIDN strategy
Lead the regional Dealer Sales teams in the dealer industry, providing leadership, management of targets, performance management and customer service
Leadership and development of staff on a regional basis
Recommend service and product enhancement to improve the sales potential and customer satisfaction
Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management and reward
Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company's relationship with them
Plan for the achievement of individual and regionals targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company - AAIDN
Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for the region
Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix
Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results
Provide the necessary support to the Dealer Sales Team to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
Design cross-selling programs and campaigns
Ensure the effectiveness of cross-selling activities by guiding Dealer Sales Consultants
Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best
Organize training for new staff
Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies
Develop and maintain channels between product developers and sales consultants
Provide reports and analysis relevant to the sales activity for the region
Regular dealer visit's in-country

Minimum Qualification:
Matric
Post Matric (Advantageous)
Knowledge of vehicle warranties, service plans, and scratch and dents
Strong leadership skills with evidence of prior leadership ability
Evidence of delivery in prior roles
Strong sales acumen
Strong and effective communicator
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years' experience in a suitable sales leadership role in the financial services sector
Extensive experience in managing and engaging with Executives, Senior Managers, Managers, and staff
Must be an established Regional Manager or long-standing Dealer Consultant in the Inland Region with an established network of dealer relationships
