Duties and Responsibilities:

Serving customers and taking customer orders - knowledgeable, pleasant and friendly manner Ensuring customers are satisfied Give customer receipt Printing labels for products Efficiently pack all products in correct packaging and according to specs Give customers food items Follow production plan Displaying goods are per merchandising standards and ensure display is always filled Operating scale machine and slicer Traceability Stock take and checks and monitoring Inform supervisor of low stock Replenishing stock In store promotions (advertising and pricing) Check sell by dates and expiry dates Control waste product House keeping Quality control & hygiene Adhere to SOP's as well as health and safety procedures Personal hygiene Clean as you go and counter are to be cleaned Wearing of correct uniform Correct cleaning equipment to be used
