Job Description
My Insurance based client seeks a strong corporate trainer with dynamic sales training experience to train their outbound and sales contact centre staff.
- 2 years minimum Learning and development or training experience
- Min 2 years Call Centre and/or Sales Training Experience
- NQF level 4 short term insurance qualification OR scope for assessment of unit standards on short term insurance qualification
- 2 years in INSETA accreditation process
- Assessor and / or moderator qualification
- Project management skills
