Job Description

Marie Stopes SA is recruiting for Contact Centre Agents.

The key objective of the role is to identify and understand customer needs and deliver first class customer service in an omni channel Contact Centre environment - voice/WhatsApp/email/social media.

A key success measure will be the ability to assist clients with bookings and facilitate the payment process for services offered by Marie Stopes South Africa.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES



Communication

: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong active listening, and the ability to project a professional image and tone over the phone are essential.

Problem-Solving

: Ability to identify needs and find effective solutions.

Customer Focus

: Patience, empathy, and a professional demeanor.

Omni Channel Call Centre

: Proficiency with call center software, computers, and CRM systems.

Sales Aptitude

: Ability to persuade, negotiate, and meet sales goals.

Adaptability

: Managing multiple tasks (multitasking) and changing scripts

Languages:

Fluent in English and a 2nd language which must be an official South African language.

Experience:

Minimum 12 months experience in an Omni Channel Contact Centre environment.

Minimum qualification

: National Senior Certificate

Interpersonal Skills:

A customer-centric approach, empathy, adaptability to different personality types, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Client Service and Sales

: Proven experience in delivering high quality Client Care with a strong Sales background.

Goal-Oriented:

A driven and motivated personality with a track record of achieving quotas in a target-driven environment. Mature individual with stable home life.

WORKING HOURS



Monday to Friday; Saturday

07:30 - 18:00 08:00 - 13:00

Fixed salary + Incentives
