Job Description


Key Responsibilities: You will be fully accountable for Corporate Education Portfolio Revenue and will be measured on key performance indicators including:

  • Corporate education revenue & profitability
  • Client retention & satisfaction
  • Cross-selling & up-selling
  • New client acquisition
Core Result Areas:
  • Operational Delivery: Execution of the corporate programme sales process and all related sales activities.
  • Strategic Management: Sales revenue and expense budget management, activity plans, progress reporting, and driving revenue growth across the portfolio.

  • A relevant business-related degree (Sales/Commercial); Postgraduate qualification preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in a complex B2B sales environment (e.g., consulting), preferably in education, human capital or learning & development
  • Proven ability to engage with executive and senior management clients
  • Strong understanding of corporate learning solutions and education products
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales forecasting
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong time management and multitasking abilities
