Providing effective and efficient administrative support for various functions and systems in the Compliance Directorate, in particular in the Public Representative Performance & Candidate Selection Departments, including:
Effectively executing verification processes in candidate selection data
Providing candidate selection progress reports
Liaising with structures regarding candidate selection processes
Managing mailboxes effectively
Managing helpdesk requests
Record keeping of meetings
Effective and efficient administrative and supporting assistance to the directorate
Minimum requirements:
National Senior Certificate or equivalent
3 years' experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in administrative processes
Proficiency in English, with an additional official language being advantageous
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency
