Providing effective and efficient administrative support for various functions and systems in the Compliance Directorate
In terms of Public Representative Performance, to carry out the following functions:
Maintaining systems
Accurately capturing data into systems
Collating accurate reports
Effectively handling communication
In terms of Candidate Selection, to carry out the following functions:
Effectively executing verification processes in candidate selection data
Providing candidate selection progress reports
Liaising with structures regarding candidate selection processes
Managing mailboxes effectively
Managing helpdesk requests
Record keeping of meetings
Effective and efficient administrative and supporting assistance to the directorate

National Senior Certificate or equivalent
3 years' experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in administrative processes
Proficiency in English, with an additional official language being advantageous
Computer literacy, particularly MS Office Suite with intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency

Written and verbal communication
Time management and organisation
Administration and attention to detail
Abilities:
Manage multiple tasks with competing levels of priority
Use initiative and work well in high-pressure situations
