Benchmark & assess Comp and Ben with Global team
Perform job evaluations and align IPE across regions
Participate in regular/annual salary benchmarking exercises
External provider management of benefit partners etc.
Oversee the Master Data compliance with all legal reporting requirements.
Drive alignment in the area of comp & ben in the region in close collaboration with HR Managers
Drive VC and Salary increase processes
In close collaboration with external tax advisors and ICB establish and manage a lean process for administrating payroll and taxes for International assignments
Continuously analyse and improve processes and ways of working, while using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies
Be a role-model for data-driven ways of working
Act as One HR through active collaboration with HR colleagues, locally, regionally and globally
Actively contribute to the development of the RCoE HR
Key requirements
Bachelor's degree required in relevant area, such as Human Resources Management, Business Administration or similar
Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong track record of working as Comp & Ben specialist
Experience in project management
Extensive knowledge and experience of law related to Comp and Ben, payroll and HR administration process as well as GDPR and job evaluation tools like IPE and/or BAS
Good knowledge of cloud-based payroll and HR administration systems like SuccessFactors, Payroll systems or similar as well as Microsoft 365 and SharePoint
Experience of digitalization and automation of HR processes
Knowledge in agile methods and tools like Teams
Great communicator, both verbally and written and presentation skills
Ability to build relationships and trust with internal and external stakeholders and have a strong ownership with a business mindset
Strong continuous improvement mindset combined with innovation and service mindset
Proactive problem-solver with the end-user's best interest in mind
Strong self-management skills, motivation and ability to contribute to development
