Job Description
A leading international innovative Manufacturing conglomerate is looking for a talented, self-motivated Compensation and Benefits Specialist to add to their team based in Johannesburg North.
Your duties include, but are not limited to:
- Analysing market data and recommended appropriate cost-effective compensation plans to ensure attraction and retention of top talent
- Compiling compensation and HR Reports used for internal decision making
- Conduct monthly audits with payroll to ensure HR data is 100% accurate
- Compile salary recommendations for new hires and promotions following business guidelines
- Collate and submit remuneration information to Market Data Survey companies in order to analyse market trends
- Qualification in HR/ Payroll required
- GRP Certificate
- Minimum of 3 years in a remuneration fields
- Designation with SARA advantageous
- SAP R/3 or SuccessFactors essential
- Strong levels of numeracy and data analysis
- Financial acumen
- Excellent communication skills
- Team player
- Organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Deadline driven
