Our client, a leading giant in manufacturing, is looking for an experienced Compensation and Benefits Manager for their Africa Operation. The successful incumbent should have multi-national experience.
EDUCATION
Degree in HR or related field
EXPERIENCE
10- 15 years practical HR Compensation & Benefits
Solid Experience in multinational company
5+ years in leadership role
Project Management experience essential
SKILLS
Strong verbal and written skills
Good communication skills on all levels
Strong analytical skills
Good organisation skills
Computer literate (eg. Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Office etc.)
Knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
